I have been experimenting with lots of new recipes, attempting to become a better cook than I used to be. Tonight I made a Cheesy Crustless Quiche. Yum! I am the only one to appreciate it (and the effort it took to make it), but I sure had fun! Isaiah doesn't like eggs and Andy wasn't home for dinner tonight (he was at his Grandparent's after work watching the Vikings), but I'm practically positive he will marvel at my creation when he has the cold pile of leftovers tomorrow for lunch! ;)
